Three delicious starters to wow your friends, and prep in advance so you can enjoy your night.
Arrive at 11am for a relaxed morning in Hodroyd Hall, where Chris will cook three signature dishes live, start to finish. Settle in, watch, and ask questions, or roll your sleeves up and get involved as much or as little as you like. There is no pressure and no prior experience needed, just a love of good food and a curiosity about how it is done. You will learn the techniques, pick up the tricks, and see exactly how each dish comes together. Then the best part, you get to sit down and enjoy everything you have made together.
