Each month, Chris will be showcasing a standout recipe from a featured cookbook, which we’ll all sit down to eat and enjoy together.

The best part? It’s a literal exchange of inspiration.

Bring along a cookbook you’ve loved (or finished with) to swap with someone else, and head home with a fresh set of recipes to try. Before we finish, we’ll collectively pick the "hero" dish for the following month. Come for the food, stay for the inspiration, and leave with a new favourite book.
