About

Hodroyd Hall is a beautiful, grade II listed private country house in the picturesque hamlet of Felkirk, in West Yorkshire. The earliest reference to Hodroyd is in 1144 and the Hall is steeped in history from its days as a monastic building, to the country seat of the Monckton family, to offices for the National Coal Board. Today, it is once again a family home and offers a unique combination of country house tradition with the informality of family life.

We currently offer a limited number of events, including private parties, weddings and celebration of life services, from our formal reception rooms - the Gargrave Room and the Orangery.  We are now taking bookings for our 6 stunning bedrooms via www.cottages.com

Please do contact us if you have any questions, or would like to pop in for a visit.
