What to expect:
10:30am – Welcome & Coffee
Guests arrive, introductions, outline of the day, aprons on! Brief chat about Italian food culture and ingredients.
10:45am – Starter Prep: Classic Bruschetta & Focaccia
Demo: Simple dough techniques & making garlic tomato bruschetta
Hands-on: Guests make their own focaccia toppings and bruschetta
11:45am – Fresh Pasta Workshop
Demo: Making pasta dough from scratch (flour, eggs, olive oil)
Hands-on: Guests knead dough, rest, then roll out using machines
12:30pm – Pasta Sauces & Tasting
Demo: Simple sauces (fresh tomato & basil, or butter & sage)
Guests cook, toss, and plate their pasta creations
1:30pm – Lunch Break (Eat What You’ve Made!)
Share dishes family-style, with antipasti (olives, cured meats, cheeses) and fresh salad
3pm – Dolci: Tiramisu Masterclass
Demo: Traditional egg yolk & mascarpone method with espresso-soaked biscuits
Guests create individual tiramisu to take home
3:45pm – Wrap-up & Q&A
Prosecco toast, photos, and certificates
