"The Tincture of Truth" – Theatrical cocktail on arrival with some seasonal canapés.

 

Starter:

"The Botanist’s Deception" – An edible landscape of olive  "soil," parsley "moss," basil pesto, whipped lemon cream cheese & seasoned tomatoes served with homemade bread

 

Main:

"The Feast of Shadows" – Slow-braised beef with a  red wine jus and heritage roots.

 

Dessert:

"The Philosopher’s Stone" – A gold-shelled honey crème brûlée with stemmed ginger shortbread.
