A Three-Course Celebration of Spring

Experience the joy of sharing with our ‘family-style’ service. Rather than choosing just one, every dish below is served to the centre of your table for everyone to enjoy together.

To Start

- Heritage Beetroot & Whipped Goat’s Cheese (V): Salt-baked beetroots and honeyed walnuts with a silky goat’s cheese mousse.

- Smooth Duck Liver & Brandy Parfait: Served with a tangy Yorkshire Forced Rhubarb chutney and our signature house-made bread.

- Wild Mushroom & Truffle Arancini: Crispy risotto spheres with a melting taleggio center and roasted garlic aioli.

 

 

The Main Event

- Slow-Roasted Shoulder of Spring Lamb: Infused with garlic and rosemary, finished with a fresh, zesty gremolata.

- Lemon & Garlic Roast Chicken: Tender corn-fed chicken roasted with aromatic garlic butter and served with a rich, savory chicken jus.

Vegan option available on request - Confit Celeriac with lemon & thyme (Ve) 

 

Accompaniments for the Table

- Buttered Spring Greens: A seasonal mix of kale, savoy cabbage, and leeks tossed in lemon butter.

- Braised Petit Pois "À la Française": Sweet baby peas braised with shredded baby gem lettuce, spring onions, and a touch of fresh mint.

- Maple Glazed Carrots

- Rosemary & garlic Roast Potatoes

- Yorkshire Puddings

 

 

To Finish

- Yorkshire Forced Rhubarb & White Chocolate Pavlova: A delicate, crisp meringue with creamy, tart rhubarb and a handmade shortbread heart.

- Dark Chocolate & Espresso Tart: A rich, indulgent ganache tart with a toasted hazelnut praline base.
