Let The Elves Welcome You In
Be welcomed by friendly elves, collect your very own elf pass, decorate delicious festive biscuits and settle in for heart warming story time with Mrs Claus!
Visit Santas Workshop!
Step into Santa's workshop, create some magical Christmas crafts with the elves, and write a letter to Santa.
Sit In Santa's Sleigh & Meet The Man Himself!
Take a picture in Santa's sleigh and then meet Santa for a memorable photo and receive a special Christmas gift!
What To Expect
Enter into our courtyard, greeted by a Christmas elf, receive a hot drink and have an opportunity
to take a picture with Santa's sleigh
An elf will escort everyone through a magical courtyard tunnel and invite children to knock on the
door to Santa’s HQ.
Upon entry, you’ll discover Santa’s secret UK head office! Sign the guest book in the Head Elfs office, get your Elf lanyard, and collect a special Santa tote bag for your child.
Next, head to Mrs Claus’s kitchen for cookie decorating fun (eat or take away your treats).
Visit the Sorting Room to write letters, craft and draw pictures for Santa, and post them for him to read.
Gather for story time with Mrs Claus, receive magical reindeer dust, and a photo
opportunity by the present pile.
Finally, go through our naughty or nice scanner and meet Santa in his lounge, and receive a
magical key and gift to take home.
Ideal for families and children, every step has interactive moments, photo opportunities, and festive fun.
We also offer a sensory session for kids who would benefit from a more gentle and softer event,
which shall take place on Wednesday 17th.
